1. General Provisions and Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between 558h aircraft ("Platform", "we", "us") and any user of the platform ("you", "user"). These Terms apply to the website, mobile application and all services offered under 558h aircraft.

The key definitions used in this document are as follows:

• "Account" — the user's registered personal profile, through which all platform services can be accessed.

3. Account Management

3.1 Registration and Login

After registering an account, the user sets their own password. Keeping login credentials confidential is the user's own responsibility. If a password is forgotten, the designated recovery process must be followed. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact our support team immediately.

3.2 Account Security

The user is responsible for all activity carried out on their account. Sharing login credentials with third parties is prohibited. 558h aircraft will never ask for a password or OTP via email or chat. Any message requesting such information should be treated as fraudulent.

3.3 Account Closure

A user may request account closure at any time. 558h aircraft may also suspend or close an account if there is evidence of a breach of terms, fraud or misconduct. Any remaining valid funds at the time of closure will be returned subject to verification.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

All financial transactions on 558h aircraft are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (including major banks such as BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank and Islami Bank).

4.1 Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500, the same across all methods.
• Only payment methods registered in the user's own name may be used.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and the funds will be returned in such cases.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals will be held if an active bonus wagering requirement has not been met.

4.3 Fraud Prevention

If unusual transactions or suspected money laundering are detected, 558h aircraft reserves the right to investigate and place a hold on the relevant account's transactions. Additional information or documents may be requested during this process.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

New users registered on the 558h aircraft platform are eligible for a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example, a deposit of ৳1,000 adds a bonus of ৳1,200, giving a total balance of ৳2,200, and a wager of 10 times the bonus — ৳12,000 — must be completed before withdrawal. Bonus funds cannot be treated as direct cash.

5.1 Bonus Usage Rules

• Bonuses may only be used to place bets on eligible games.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
• Any attempt to collect bonuses using multiple accounts or different identities will result in all bonuses and related winnings being forfeited.

6. VIP Program and Cashback

The 558h aircraft VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Each tier offers a weekly cashback benefit — up to 0.2% at Bronze, 0.5% at Silver, 0.7% at Gold, 1.0% at Platinum and 1.2% at Diamond. Cashback is calculated based on the total net loss for that week.

For example, if a Gold tier member has a net loss of ৳20,000 in a given week, they will receive a maximum cashback of ৳20,000 × 0.7% = ৳140.

Advancement to higher tiers depends on activity and betting history on the platform. Cashback funds, once credited to the account, can be used in the same way as regular balance.

7. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

7.1 Gaming Software
